The new BENU flagship pharmacy has recently opened in both Prague and Budapest. The new store concept focuses on openness to customers.

The new design creates a warm and friendly shopping environment by combining a modern, visual interior with natural materials, such as wooden wall modules and lamellas. It also provides interactive features, advisory services in dermocosmetics, and has a private consultation room.

“Our new concept now combines state-of-the-art technology with proven pharmacy services,” says Stefan Herfeld, member of PHOENIX group’s Executive Board Retail.
One of the concept’s novelties are interactive screens showing the customer key information about chosen products. The store environment is ment to meet all your needs from a transaction and service level.
